Yar’s Revenge Creator Shares his Thoughts on Atari: Game Over

During our review process for XBox Studios new film “Atari: Game Over,” We reached out to former Atari programmer (and creator of E.T. and Yar’s Revenge, both released for the Atari 2600) Howard Scott Warshaw to hear his thoughts on the film. He was gracious enough to reach out and here’s what he had to say:

“Atari: Game Over is a wonderful movie. I enjoy it thoroughly every time I see it. This movie made me realize I wasn’t as done with the whole ET situation as I had thought. This movie made me feel understood, appreciated and truly exonerated. In short, it makes me feel amazing. Zak Penn did a remarkable job and I’m incredibly proud to be a part of this production.”
