If you’ve been waiting to see what Styx has been up to, there’s good news. NACON and Cyanide Studio have dropped a free demo for Styx: Blades of Greed on Steam, giving players an early look at the goblin’s next stealth-heavy adventure.
The demo is available for a limited time and lets you play through about the first hour of the game before its full release on February 19, 2026.
The full version is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Any progress you make in the demo will carry over once the game launches.
Things kick off with Styx getting attacked by a huge golem, which serves as a quick refresher on his movement and stealth skills.
From there, you’re dropped into The Wall, one of the game’s main areas, where your job is to track down Captain Irving—the only dwarf around who can fly a zeppelin.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Styx mission without complications, and the Inquisition is keeping a close eye on everything.
Like the previous games, Blades of Greed doesn’t lock you into a single approach. You can sneak past enemies, set traps, or quietly take them out, mixing and matching Styx’s tools and abilities to suit your playstyle.
The demo includes his full set of powers.
If you like what you see, Styx: Blades of Greed is already up for pre-order on consoles and PC.
