In a 2022 interview with 425Business, Xbox Co-Creator Ed Fries was asked what retirement was like following his tenure with Microsoft. Fries said that instead of relaxing, he spent time doubling down his efforts in the gaming and tech sector. When asked how long that will continue, Fries said the following;
“I’m just going to keep doing my stuff, helping people where I can, and having fun,” said Fries. “That’s life.”
