Turtle Beach churns out so much product that it’s sometimes tough to distinguish what to purchase, what is the best quality. Thankfully when it comes to their products, there’s not a bad one on the market.

Continuing with our coverage of the Turtle Beach lineup, up next is the Ear Force Stealth 600 for Xbox one and PC. As is the case with most Turtle Beach headsets, the look and feel is top-notch and the specs are great.

The Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 600 headset features wireless connectivity which makes setup and removes the tether of wired headsets. We found the connection to be very stable and the audio quality in the 50mm Neodymium speakers remained surprisingly strong even during a ton of noisy sessions.

The Ear Force Stealth 600 touts a 15 hour battery life and easily hits that mark, so comfort is a must. Luckily the headset does not disappoint. We found that it held up well and we felt little to no fatigue during even multi hour game session.

Next up is the mic. This headset features a multi directional flip-up mic that feels sturdy and performs surprisingly well. We usually prefer either consolidated mics or boom mics work best, but the mic in the Stealth 600 felt clear, and didn’t rub against our faces while using, which is sometimes the case with stick mics.

Price, which has never really been a barrier to entry for Turtle Beach devices, continues to get out of the way with the Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 600. As always seems to be the case, there’s a ton of bang for buck.

Overall, we love the Ear Force Stealth 600. It ranks up there with some of the best quality headsets we’ve seen. If there were an area of opportunity, it would be the button placement. The audio presets and power button reside on the same side as the mic, making it a little tricky to change audio settings during gameplay with the mic flipped up. On the other hand the headset volume and audio chat volume rockers are on the backside of the same side as the mic. The placement for those is pretty handy.

The Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 600 is a great buy for gamers. The look, feel and quality is there and it’s a great addition to the Turtle Beach lineup.
